Scripted-Rc autoscroll when u scolled up.

this is so annoying, i'm reading on Scripted-RC, when suddenly someone says something on RC, i get auto-scrolled down at the bottom.

make it so it won't get auto-scrolled down if u scrolled up, please!

yes, I've been using client-rc a bit lately to prepare myself for 2012, and this is probably one of the most annoying features

Well, nobody really likes using client-rc and I have been saving up for a mac book + end of the world

Fixed this on the client-rc on Login 2; should behave natively now. :) Will try to get it moved to Login 1 soon.

While we're on the topic of Client-RC, can the bug where clicking "History" applies whatever action you have in the ban window be fixed?

while your at it, can u make is so you can resize the NC Weapons/Classes/NPCs List? if im going to make a quick edit and after that log of, i use client-rc, so i dont use scripting on clientrc alot(cus u know, it's slow-ish).
