Gscript Tutorial(s)
 

My ability as a 'Scripter' is pretty close to none. I can fix broken things, make small changes ect, but i'm interested in improving that. Now i saw
"Gscript for Dummies" on the wiki, but are there anymore good tutorials out there ?

A walk through sorta thing would be good, or 'Lego Like' instructions. :p They show you what to do, how to do it, and then keep repeating the process until it's learned.

A good source is http://wiki.graal.us (not to be confused with wiki.graal.net) but it's not very populated right now.

Im actually trying to learn more about scripting too, would be nice to know some tricks. :cool:

Best thing you do is become aquainted with a talented scripter and pester them to teach you facts and test you here and there. Maybe find someone to throw you an RC to learn something on. There aren't many scripters with servers that will give you an RC to learn on...none really except the Testbed server. And Tig is a Global so he probably won't be able to teach you, and Chompy's time schedule is infrequent. Lol.

Just because that's what you and I did doesn't mean it's the best choice ;)
