Swordpower and Refill Chests

I continued a thread to this in the npc scripting gs2 section some time ago, and have been trying to figure out a reason why this has happend and how to fix this situation.

We wanted a lv 4 sword on our server, for everyone. Certain players, however, are not able to get this. Either it sets to a lv1 sword automatically when openning a chest with lv 4 sword in it, or the player gets the sword, and if you set their attributes, even if you change absolutely nothing, it sets to a lv1 sword, and you have to change the swordimg and swordpower in attributes in rc to the lv3 sword, or it will always go back to lv1.

The second is what is happening to me and the manager, and one other person. Random people getting on the server have told us that they got a lv1 still, and we cant set them a lv4 either.

In the server options, i have:

Ive tried level npcs on many different scripts to change the sword power as well, and it seems no script can set a players sword power to 4. Dont know if thats because a script cant do that or not, but it wont set for even the players who have no problem keeping a lv4 sword.

I put this in here as a technical issue, because there seems to be no solution whatsoever.

Another Issue is chest refilling in attributes in rc. Doesnt work, period, at least on Armageddon. Tried doing one chest, all chest, restarting graal, close and opening graal, waiting a day, updating the level. Nothing has worked.

A solution to either of these problems would be great.

This is actually a serious problem with a server that has been purchased, so at the least some staff support from graal would be nice.

It's happening to more people on the server now...

So, after like 2 months, I can have lv4 sword now, and the manager can too. didn't do anything to change that. weird. Other people are still defaulting to lv1 sword when they should have a lv4 though. Any "support" on this issue would still be really nice.

So is there no tech support for this? Is it a bug? Should there not be lv4 swords online?

As it was stated in your previous thread, disabling of level 4 swords is an old security feature from Classic, which to my knowledge has not been removed.
