Why can't we use gif's?
 

The time in which servers were not allowed to use them ended along time ago. I don't see why UN still forbids them. What's the problem? !pissed!

PNG is the superior format. There's no reason to use GIFs unless it's for animation.

That is what I am saying. I made a head along time ago with an animation. It doesn't work right as mng and its frustrating that I worked forever on it and cant even get it uploaded.

I spoke to streety and he said Gif's were allowed. However the uploaders must be unaware of this since they keep sending my my head back. He said he would set them straight.

On a side note:

Drag the gif into gif2mng that should be in your Graal folder and send in an mng instead?

He said that the head doesn't work when he converts it to MNG. I don't get the whole MNG **** anyway. GIF is superior.
