Setcoloreffect is broken in 2.1b3
 

For some reason, setcoloreffect and changeimgcolor is broken. Seteffect works fine, but I can no longer see images that use setcoloreffect changeimgcolor.

Please, Stefan, fix this because I normally can see them but not any more :( And, yes, DirectX is enabled.

Yes I tested some stuff to make the lights more compatible for ATI cards but it didn't work well
