- Requirements -

You must have 5 staff members to sponsor you. They may not include
Events Team members, or FAQ Trial Period members. The Events
Administrator and Assistant Administrator will not sponsor you, as its
unfair and biased. Also, we will verify it with these people before
your entrance into the Events Team will be final.

- Essay -

Write a 1 paragraph essay as to why you feel you deserve to be in the
Events Team over anyone else.

General rules:


1. You may not PK while on duty. Being on duty entails the usage of your proper identification. In this case, your guild tag.
2. You must hold a total of 10 events a week. When they are, will be left up to you. You also must report to either the events admin or the assistant events admin who the winner was of the said event.
3. Money will be given out. You will not have the money to give out. Money will be dispensed to the winner by the events admin or the assistant events admin. If you wish to hold events on your own time, then you can do so by raising your own funds or via player donations through a pool.
4. You will not be a member of any other staff function unless cleared by the events admin or the assistant events admin. You are in the events team only, and nothing else.
5. You will be placed under a trial period of a week. After that period expires, you will be subjected to an evaluation where the events admin asks the public what he or she thinks of you. If you perform your duties, you will be promoted to full member. If not, you will undergo a second week, after which you will be evaluated again. If found unsatsifactory, you will be removed and blacklisted from joining again.

Why the hell people need staff supporters that are not in Events Team?

y don't u just make some ppl who pass a smaller test run a event. and pick out of those?

i mean i'd try out but i really can't be bothered finding ppl to sponsor me unless they can be from other servers ;) frankly it'd be just a waste of time

Go run into a parked train, Think about it, you have to be responsible in order to be et, and if other admins can vouch for you than you can be trusted, but if some one goes around, "SUPPORT ME VUSE I SAID SO" they will not get in.

Sounds nice.

why would anyone want to be an ET with all that is flying around. i mean, it sounds like a really stressful and not too fun job.

i was killed by an events team on the dragon alien quest. everyone says it's ok becuz he's an ET. explain that!

If you ask a staff to support you and he doesn't know you he will say no, he won't ask you questions to check you. The only way to get 5 staff supporters is if they are your friends, and having staff friends has nothing to do with abilitys.

i sent in an application about a week or two ago and have still to recieve an answer

Lycia, why is it important what version you started playing Graal in? Simply because you "started" earlier then another applicant (sp), means you're more creative and mature then another? That's simpley folly, and if that question makes or breaks a person's chance... Well, you SERIOUSLY need to reconsider changing the application again.

We all can't live up to the splendors Lycia has accomplished in her Graalian life. If only we could be HALF as great as she has then my life in Graal will be complete.

I really don't see why the reqs are so high... This is ET, they don't even get RC or warp! It's a pretty basic, simple job.

I was an ET for a short period (until Lycia fired me :() and I didn't have any experience, or any staff backing me up, but people enjoyed the events I held. That's all that matters.

i have no idea what version of graal i started on
it didnt seem important when i played cause i didnt know how much it was updated
but i see no connection between when you started to how well you will hold events

that application thing sucks, when i became ET back in the day, i just ask lynzdy and she said when there was a spot open, so everyday i asked untill there was a spot, and then sparkplug became police to his spot opend, and i got it, and i spent 200g on events a day, till i ran oua money
