No, Ann...Tyhm means that Unixmad runs the servers. Sometimes he's a bit...lax...in his duties to paying customers, yes, as evidenced by the guild mirror problem, but he's a very busy man. He has a lot of stuff to do, including, of course, keeping the graal servers running at all.

gee, how nice. Please consider that he also takes care of other things. Graal is not the center of his world and you are being sellfish if you think that he should devote all his time to make sure you are 100% happy. WRONG!!!

Please, first, get a job and learn how to deal with customers. You can't always be there 24/7 and you are not always able to fix a problem on the spot. A job that I would recommend is one in the retail field (Wal*mart, Target, K-Mart, etc.)

He fixed the mirror, the guild mirror is severely flawed and the webmaster's domain last check. As for making up credit card fraud, here's the clarification: While fraud is classically understood as being making up a number or stealing someone else's credit card, going to your card company and saying that you never authorized the charges (ie your card or number was stolen) and having the purchase of your account cancelled after you recieved the account is also credit card fraud.
Short answer, if the credit card company doesn't pay Unixmad, it's fraud. Whether it's because you stole the card, made up the number, or claimed someone else stole the card, if he doesn't get the money it's fraud. Taking the services without paying for them is stealing.

I wasn't trying to be witty. Only stating that you people don't know everything (and neither do I) because you obviously have probably never had a job in retail working at some cash register or bagging people's groceries where you have to deal with people upfront...and quite often, they get in your face for things that are not even remotely your fault.

"running" a server takes no effort once it is setup, especially since he has RCs and Stefan to do his work.

Well thats your problem that you have such a stupid pitiful job with bank hours, get a real manly job like try being an electrician or some job that gets really dirty and lunch hours dont come around often sometimes never and you work your ass all day and night trying to support your family... retail working isn't the only job that customers can get right in your face it's mainly a job teens first get because half the population of graalonline is played by teenagers.

sorry, I kiss no one's ass. I say these things because you are the one that is being ignorant. But you are too busy being so full of yourself that you couldn't possibly understand.

Working in a retail-type store is very good job to have. I get really good hours and decent pay. From working in such a job, I have learned a lot of business ethics which I have to put into practice whenever I am on the clock. So don't go calling me ignorant since you know practically nothing about me.

having a "manly" job is nothing. btw, to be a cashier where I work, you must be at least 18. It takes a lot to stand up to someone that could possibly get you fired for doing the right thing. I only have to support myself, so I don't have to worry too much about money except for insurance, gas, my monthly internet fee, and my college courses.

I work hard at my job, and get rewarded very little. It sucks getting a $6 incentive check when I have worked at least 850+ hours getting yelled at every now and then by our customers.

The stuff I have to put up with is very similar to what Stefan and unixmad have to deal with because people are ignorant and illogic in their thinking. Not only that, but they think they know everything and know how to solve problems that are probably out of their league.

It is obvious you have a bad job..OK, from the thousands of other jobs out there, having to work as cashier is nothing compared to what I do or thousands of others do each frickin day, and there will come a time in your life where you will have to support someone else, and just wait until you own or rent a house heh.
