When an administrator (most likely unixmad, he's been doing a lot of banning-type stuff lately) sets up your account so that it can't see (and therefore can't access) certain forums. A lot of people were "masked" on all forums right before this one came into existence, and they therefore can only access this forum. I really think you should do something about this.

Only admins can edit access rights, not moderators.
