Some people don't know of it, but there was a fishing glitch. You catch a fish (or what ever amount), reconnect, catch another and it would double your amount but they have since removed that glitch. So i need to ask, since i doubt they have,
Should we raise the selling price of fish?
Its hard enough to get money on Graal without asking for it and newbies have to in order to get anywhere. I know from my experiences and I thank those who gave me some. Anyway, I think we should ask the Graalonline team to up the price of selling fish. Considering you now have to work anywhere from 10 - 1 hour to get 150 lbs of fish, and all for 20 gralat? C'mon, i think thats a low amount. Sure we dont want to be giving too much away like 150 gralat for 150 lbs of fish but more than 20 would be appreciated. So post your thoughs here about fishing. Or even mining.

I have the level 3 lure and to me there is virtually no difference from level 1 lure. It does not help me catch fish faster or easier. I saved up for it slowly ever so slowly and its advantages are slim to none. I think that a better lure should allow you to catch bigger fish! That would help with the problem right spunky?.

Say with level 1 lure you can catch 1, 2 and 3lb fish, with level 2 lure you can catch 2 and 3lb fish, but with level 3 lure you ONLY catch 3lb fish (that way, the higher lure you have, the less time it will take to catch 150lbs)

Well, depending on how good of a fishermen you are, you can get more from fishing than mining, but mining does seem a lot longer, however, you get more from mining from fishing if you have the right equipment.

mining is funner isnt it? i mean come on fishing is just .. boring.. i dont care about HOW MUCH money i make i just want to have fun making it. And fishing isint the way to do it.

Thats actually a good idea Zulithe, But mabye with the bait 1, u catch 1-3, bait 2 u catch 3-5 and mabye with bait 3 u catch anywhere from 5 - 10 lbs. That would make it better

I've tried both mining and fishing, currently I enjoy fishing more. The only problem I have with fishing is THE LONG WALK all the way back to the fisherman hut to sell the damn things.

Yeah, mining is pretty fun. I enjoy trying to compete with other gold axe users to see who can craft faster.

Better lures get you better fish and make you able to catch them. Like earlier, me and a few friends were on the boat and I tried to catch a fish. Couldnt..Too big. The person with the golden lure could though ;D

are you so sure about that, moogle? I have gold lure and although I never have any problems catching fish I have never caught anything over 3lbs! Maybe I'm fishing in the wrong place?

Well mabye, personally i've never tried because i've asked around on whats the best things to do for fishing and ppl have told me, "Get the rod and Bait 1 and just fish" But it does take a long time to get 150 lbs

Oh yea, and another thing that they should consider, though its not that big of a problem.
You should be able to cast your rod a longer time after the fish has jumped than like 1 second. (rough estimate) cause i often fish now and its hard to get to the fish in time. But sometimes thats ok and other times its a real downer. Plus put fish in more abundant amounts. I see a fish every 10 secs about where i fish.

It would be even better if you had the gold lure, and only caught 5 lb fish and up. I hate it when I wait 10 minutes for a 2 pounded fish :(

Psyker thats pretty much what he is trying to convey. If you had level 3 lure you could only catch fish from between 5 and 10 lbs.

Thats was a kind of a drag when i found out you didnt get a thing from bushes..

I think money should be put back into bushes too, though yes, it should be much rarer, but it should still be there, at least to help newbies gain cash to buy some beginning items.

Or at least make bushes drop arrows. Thats what I hate about Graal Classic, why don't bushes drop damn arrows? A bush is MORE LIKELY to drop an ARROW (which is gasp, made of WOOD just like a BUSH) than a BOMB, since when do bushes drop bombs? They should drop not only bombs but arrows too, but noooo they only drop bombs. Ptu! Bush, I spit in your general direction!

The way fishing is now, it feels like a complete waste of time.

Mining = the most profitable industry
Fishing = the most random industry: Fishing for hours is less profitable than mining for hours, even paying the same for equipment for either, but with Fishing you'll ocassionally catch a boot, or Jimmy Hoffa, or a skull, or a generic Bomy pet maybe, the occasional Golden Trout....

You have the wrong idea.

Fishing with the gold lure will yield up to 12 lb fish, but only if you fish in gold fishing spots. -.- bait 3 is much better for making big money, especially since the rate for fishes is so high- a grand 1 gralat for 15 lbs. That means you'll geat a gralat for approximately every three fish you catch.

Nevertheless, mining is by far more profitable. I was the richest guy on Graal thanks to mining before the fishing bug made every player 8000 gralat. :(

So now I just sit around and do nothin'.
