Well, I have a monkey, and so far I've sucessfuly taught it nothing. I have the leash of learning on him and try to show him how to use the water maricle, it doesn't understand it..I then try to teach it how to bring grain from a farm to the village shop, it looks like it understands, but I'm not sure it did. I try to show it how to take trees and put them in the wood storage area...it just knocks the trees over.

Also..I keep hearing a voice saying death, probrably because I did that thing with the drowning people and saved all but one, I also did that thing with the sheep and only found one...

People die all of the time, from old age, so get used to hearing it, as for your creatures make sure the creature is watching you, it says for me something to the effect of "Your creature is watching your actions" then if it learned "Your creature has learned blah blah blah"

When your creature does something you don't want to, no matter WHAT it is, SLAP THE HELL OUTTA IT!

If it throws a tree, slap it and it won't throw it again (make sure you 'punish' very very soon after a creature does something you don't want it too or it may think you are punishing it for something else)

This gets easier in level 2 because the game will tell you what your creature is thinking.

On the sheep quest, I know they can be hard to find, they are very small (probably the smallest animals) Just listen and you should be able to hear them "baaa" when you are close. If you catch all of the sheep on the island and put them in that pen (I think there may be a total of 7? maybe more) you will get a special surprise, but I won't tell you what it is ^_^ That is, unless your creature ate one or something, in that case you won't be able to find them all.

I found 'em all, so I have the suprise on one of my games.

And on spells for example the water miracle, leach it with leash of learning, make it stand next to some trees, cast the spell on the trees, it SHOULD watch you assuming it isn't watching something else. If you move your hand around its body a little it should start to watch you, then quickly navigate over to the trees and cast the spell. You don't HAVE to cast it on trees but if you cast it on trees it will be more likely to cast it on trees itself I think (not sure about this), also cast it on fields and things that require water, or fires if you happend to encounter any. You should see a lightbulb with a percentage appear which lets you know how much of that particular spell that he has learned so far. Note: eventually your creature will learn how to cast it, even if it is only at say 80% it probably will be able to cast it. But that means it will only be able to cast it about 80% of the times it tries and it will have only about 80% of its affectiveness, make sure it learns everything 100%

You get the turtle and most creatures by doing quests, not downloading.
