Super Cool Idea.

Add some more bandwidth to Graal Classic so that it doesn't take 498537435 years to load all the NPC's on one level when there's 145 people online.

Its not bandwidth, currently Graal2001 has almost as many players as classic and is taking the CPU time,
but we will fix that soon

the more players on Graal 2001 the better (but newbies there so annoying :( )
