E-Mail Service providers

I am looking for a good e-mail service provider, one on the web like hotmail except it doesn't have advertising or gives out your e-mail to sponsors so they can junkmail you. Something in the form of a proffessional provider, doesn't have to be free! My many searches turned up poorly:(
