ok, somebody gave it the name "bomy3" because it would have been the third generation of bomies.
From what I've heard, the bomy3 is just a bomy to ride on, simple as that. You can't give it commands, nor can you really OWN it.

I think people just gave them that name because they're the 3rd edition of bomies.
First bomies were simple pets, second generation were "evolved" bomies, third generation is...well...a horse with a new skin in a way ;)

That would probably be only one of the features. Other features will not be released to the public at this time.
