Light Effect Problem

I have this problem with light effects, anyone know whats wrong?

It seems like you used setcoloreffect in the lamp NPC...
If you want a circle of light to radiate from the regular colored lamp, you make an NPC using the light2.png file and use setcoloreffect in there.
