Scammed...but...
 

I got scammed by Shaggy for 1k the other day I had my asst admin tag on and Lyndzey and Monkey jailed the person. They said wait until an admin with RC gets on and you can get your money restored...but still noone has yet to restore my money...:(

ART are not allowed to give you gralat, nor take away gralat, so Merlin is definetly out of that picture.
NightLord, I don't think bothers with those types of matters.
Zorro might do it if you can find a time when he's not busy and is willing to help you.
Stefan is just busy, but I'm sure that if you had another admin tell Stefan that your account needs to be fixed, that Stefan will fix it.

They are not allowed to do that though, Merlin was talking about that the other day over toalls that they cannot edit your gralat count in any way.

yah i got scammed by Purple Roze, then like a week later he gets a events team tag. He took my green elf hat and we werent trading so please dont give me that i've heard it enough. I dont understand why anybody would hire him for anything, hes dishonest and he was sent to jail like twice i think yesterday for doing that apple trick. I wish witnesses werent nessessary. It'd be really cool if RC's could go and see like when an account gained a item or when they lost an item and stuff like that, then they could match up that at so and so time homeless1 lost green elf hat and eev never lost any item that homeless1 gained, proving he took it. That would be really cool if you could check that way then i'd get my freaking hat back and police wont just say cant do nothing about it.

It doesn't matter whether or not a tag was on because all you need is a police witness or a confession..
