Messed up in blocks appearing around the objects? You need to set the transparency. I'm not sure if you already have, or if you used white as a background.

Next time you want to edit an existing image, don't change the size. Also, you didn't add the "Sparring" text. I set the transparency for you, too.

Haha, I didn't even check the sizes. You'd have to be rather stupid to change the sizes and not expect it to mess up...
