Graal .png Error

I cant use .png files on Graal anymore why is this and i want it fixed.

You can only use 8-bit PNG files in Graal.

There are no specifications on gif files since the limit is 256 colors.

If you make the PNG 256 colour, the same as a GIF, the PNG will take up less then the GIF.

Being that they are 256 color mean they are 8-bit.....that is their limit.

And, no, pngs are not bigger than gifs....take the pics1.png file and save it as gif....you will then see.

Pngs are like gifs and bmps combined...because you can get large color palettes like bmps and have transparency like gifs.
