I got an idea for something neato
 

A Pawn shop. I was at first thinking taht putting a loan office up on graal2k1 would be cool, cause often you cant get enought money thrown together for being able to go to the auction or something i just miss alot of deals cause im not super rich. But i got to thinking about the loan office and you'd have to figure a way to decide a players credit (how much they can borrow and so on) and also penalties for not paying back in time. Of course money is supposed to be hard to get so probably a really bad penalty like make a very difficult job thats harder than mining or farming and have it reserved for people who are in debt, and like maybe disabling people from being able to do events and certain jobs or maybe keeping them from using trade item but probably more than one would be needed. Maybe even give them an npc they cant delete thats like whever the players gralats>0 its automaticly transfered to paying off their bill. Lol you guys may actually be able to do the loan office so where its fair and works good and all but i figured that would be to hard and then thought a pawn shop would be in order. Like the computer decides a realtively fair price to pay for each item the if you wanna buy it back later the price gets jacked up some, and if you dont pay it fast enough it goes to a place where any player can buy it from that pawn shop and maybe even keeping the player that sold it to the pawn from being able to buy it back themselves. That would be cool. And stefan do you think you will actually put up some rare instruments for real?

Good Idea, if it were player run it would be a lot better, with npcs that handle the penaltys, and so the mony is tracked when it is givin to other players, should not be that hard, and once its payed off, wala the marker on the gralets dissaper. if a person does not pay, he goes bankrupt, losing all his npcs as if he were warped into human select again. @_@ Or account reset. and the money he gave out and stuff, the person that has the mony would get a message saying sothing about you giving the mony back or it will be forcefully removed :o a whole cretit system so you have a good history with themor somting so you can take even more out @_@ and and and and and and and and and and an dnanmd and an dan he looka, lika man

how about the player sells their shield or sword to the pawn shop, and they get 30 for it?

i think a credit system would be cool though. And a pawn shop would be neat.

Hmm maybe people could be a loan guy as their job

they lend money and its like .06% interested every REAL day and if they dont pay they must do work in which whn they are done the person gets the money owed to them
