shield trouble

im having trouble with making this a shield, can any one give me a hand, it has to be the big shield template because its too big for the regular shield.

Hmm.. big shields are situated on the right side, so the left side back sheath is kinda out of the question...

Also, don't make the end of the sword on the front view

yep, i still have to do the side veiws, but i put it on big shield and its too big for that, observe.
