How about Apple Cider?

WINE isn't a alochol as long as you don't add alchohol!

Solution:
Instead of "wine", just make grape juice which has the same(only a little bit twisted) effects as alchohol.

no, when you make wine, you're in a big pool of grapes and you step around to squash the grapes into juice :D
