ok, I jsut bought 3 bottles, and the only drink I can find is seawater, is there ANY other type of water? if so, where do I get it?

When you are low on life, you can drink from the bottle filled with water to gain a heart.
If you use the bottle while at 1 heart, then you get 1+ heart, making your hearts 2.
