Tag Problems

ok i have a problem which is i cant use my guild tag. Im a member of Moogle Government and i have my name registered and a system made for me but when i do the setnick thing the tag doesnt appear. I spelled my name just as it is on the roster and the tag from another member. The only time it works is when i log on with the tag in my nickname.

Help me.

also i did ask the Guild Adimin but i got no help there.

i know in the guild i called myself that then i changed it to see if it work with another name.
