How Long have you been here?
 

I know, I've never posted on this board before, but I can honostly say I was here before G2K1. I remeber first joing when (I think it was) Graal V 1.2 was released. I got bored with Graal for a while and just recently came back. I don't play G2K1 at all. Even though I have upgraded my account.

And I hate these "hera" crystal things! I remember when you would get a full heart instead of a hera. So ( in what is now called "Classic") you could have a max of 14 hearts.

Graal is going to be somewhat of a good game when NewWorld comes out.
Although untill then, you have to rely on playermade material, like always.

I don't see any point in caring when a person started playing Graal...it's just another use for a stupid argument if you ask me.

Uhh I started in 1.28, hated it and came back in 1.4
I upgraded my account a couple of days after 2001 was released and I registered on the forums 1 or 2 days after it was put up

I DO NOT understand how people joined during 1.28 because 1.28 was SUPPOSED to be a secret type of version thingy that Stefan was testing on and stuff!
I've heard from people after saying this that it was released by the admins...but I still don't know why so many people would join during that time.

Nastazio: i saw my friend playing it in version 1.28 and made fun of him because he played it so much and i thought it was ***... i sat down one day in version 1.3 and said oh, this game is actually quit cool, now he makes fun of me lol, but not anymore, i havnt ben on graal in a week, its all about CS baby

I still wonder how the heck that many people managed to get their hands on that version when it was "released" by an admin or a few...

I joined a few days (less than a week!) before Zelda Online was moved to Cyberjoueur.com from that other site that had it... Back then I was called Gandalf the Gray, and I joined some guild that I can't even remember now... though they eventually merged with IZP. Anyway, when Zelda Online became Graal, I changed my name to Gandalf the Black. I got everyone in my school onto Graal by installing it on all the computers in the library (before long people discovered the level editor, and then all the offline levels had 1532421423 fullhearts in them). At the same time I tried to start a guild called the Frostblades, but it ultimately flopped horribly (I think I was the second or third guild to attempt a highly organized system, if not the first; I think that because I remember someone reading my website and then e-mailing me saying I should get an award for the most organized guild). Anyway, I left for about three quarters of a year after that, changed my online persona's name (that I use not only in Graal but in everything) to Skatche during that time. Graal became P2P so I really didn't want to come back... but in the end, grudgingly, I did. And that is the end of my tale.

I have no idea. But I'm sure there's people who would lie and say they started in version -3948 just to look cool. Or there's the classic "I started in ZO, then stopped, then started again when g2k1 came out".

Heh... the first time I logged on, I was lagging sooooo bad because of using dial-up and NetZero, that No one else was moving, so I stabbed someone to see if they were alive...hehe...then they started throwing vases at me...
Then when I got into the real world, I attacked someone from TAW by accident and then had almost the entire TAW guild after me.. I would walk into Avalon and have like 3 TAW members chasing me out....

I say why care when you started? It's just another reason to start an argument on who started before one another, as if such a thing matters...

Not that it matters, I just think it's interesting to know how long someone's been playing Graal..
If they're being truthful that is....

I did play ZO about twice, though I didn't really like it

I played some back in like May 2000, for maybe a month. Then left graal, came back in april of this year.

For the record, I started really late. Don't ask me when, but it was recent enough to make me a newbie.

Kaimetsu, I don't think anyone would call you a newbie...
Newbie to me is more of a state of being, than a term given to a new person.. There are some people that have been on for a long time that I think should still be considered newbies... and there are people who are fairly new that shouldn't...

I started playing 2 years ago I believe.. when it was 1.2 something.. I never really kept up with the versions back then though because it wasn't really important.. I basically played it until I got all 4 graals, all the hearts, and all the items.. got bored.. quit for about 6-8 months.. came back and my account was still there.. So I started playing again and have been playing ever since. =)

I was not around during ZO and I'm not going to lie and say I was.. but I think I was around when Pachuka was playing.. I missed the vampire wars on classic whatever that was.. And there were no ap bars and all that when I started playing.. I came back to a different Graal.

I wish there was a way you could know the date you signed up for your account. =)
