there have been about 4 threads on this stupid topic already. so they can just go on over to the not graal forum realize there is a thread on this already and post there. a celeb dies and people act like its the end of the world. an honest hard working american dies and no on cares, I just dont get it.

but if you sat down and the newspaper was open on the obituaries section, i'll bet you'd turn the page or not care. celebreties are no better than any of us but you treat them like their deaths are more important than the deaths of anyone else.

You're pathetic. You obviously DON'T care about the American or British or Canadian or even Russian working man or woman. Not everyone can be celebrities, because the world would not run without our steelworkers, our gas workers, our barbers, our executives, our corrupt politicians, our streetside hookers and even drug dealers. Everytime I hear about someone who died, even a criminal or someone that is world hated, I feel sad because it is another life wasted. Yes, I felt sad that Aaliyah was dead. I felt sad about the 8 other people on her aircraft. But it is NOT something to agonize over, she is just another person. if she was family of yours, I could understand, but she is not, so I don't see you are agonizing over her death. Celebrities are just as human and as technically unimportant as you and I.

The thing is my mom liked her so when ever I heard her! I always thought of my mom:( And it auctley made me happy to hear her on the radio....But when the celeb died I was about to cry because that reminded me of my mom :(
