Lag ... !!! ??? !!! ...

I have been playing graal for about a year now. And until lately my Graal runs very veryslow ... like i am very lagged except its the same offline .... i have never had this problem before and it only started doing it this week ... Can someone help me ?

open graal, go to options, click on the udp thing i think

yes that might work
or check to see no progs that take up a lot of power are running

(music download thing d/l music,sometime AIM,etc.)

yes. graal runs 1/2 the speed when i'm d/l ing music

If you get a ton of lag offline and online, or graphics look ****ed up, its usually because your display settings arent right. if you have True Color (24 bit) it usually kills graal... High Color (16 bit) is what you want for playing graal, and 32 bit WILL work, but slower then 16
