NPC Server and client flags

I need help, I'm stumped. :(

I want to know how to add client.playerjp through an npc running
off the NPC server.

I have a Bandit on Providence, he runs totally off the NPC server
but he won't give anymore Job Points (client.playerjp), how do I
fix this?

If hes a client-side NPC you dont need with. Providence might be bugged up. so it seems to me. Withall that MP crap

I don't think it's bugged, does playermp work on ToT?
