From the video, it's impossible to tell what's happening. Are you sure this is your connection lagging, and not your computer? If so, you should be able to move fine, but may see players jumping around rather than smoothly moving.

Yes but only on Graalonline.com and the forum, not on Google or others sites

Are you using a Windows PC?

If yes, hold the Window key (between Control and Alternate on the left side of the keyboard) and press 'R'.

In the run field, type in 'dxdiag' and hit OK. If a prompt about driver retrieval appears, hit OK.

Once a window called "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" appears, hit the button that says "Save All Information..." and save the file (dxdiag.txt) somewhere easily accessible to you. Upload that file here.

Since you said the GraalOnline website lags for you as well:

When you have done that, press Window + R again and enter 'cmd' this time.

In the command prompt, enter 'tracert www.graalonline.com > C:\tracert.txt'

This will create a file on your C: Drive called tracert.txt. Upload this file in addition to the dxdiag.txt.

What cbk1994 appeared to be asking was whether it is a latency issue or frame rate issue.

Does the game appear to "stutter" and you see yourself move slowly, or seem to jump around erratically? If not, do you see players move erratically (teleporting, stopping and then moving rapidly to another spot) then?

Change the tracert directory to somewhere you are able to read/write.

On Vista, C:\Users\Name\Documents\

on XP, C:\Documents and Settings\Name\My Documents\

I am assuming it is saying access denied because you do not have the appropriate user rights to write directly to C:\

change it to 'tracert www.graalonline.com > C:\Documents and Settings\Your User Name\My Documents\tracer.txt'

Jcs1919 09-30-2009 12:49 PM

still access denied (i have vista)
