Question...

Hey all scripters out there :P

Im having some trouble!

Heres the help i need:

im trying to call up several strings, then make them check an string in the stringlist.

Like:

this.string1,1;
this.string2,1;
this.string3,2;

So it would only take the first 2 strings since they have the same #p(1) o_O any possibility in this? Plz help!

Thx...

Declaring string:

setstring varname,value;

I don't know what you are asking,but since it's checking the strings,wouldn't lindexof help?

Ok ill explane it:

Im creating an guild/nick storing system (whole kingdom system basically)

Im creating strings for each player storing all info :

this.Mike2001mike2001,Ikr,kingdom,rank, etc.

i want to make something check ALL strings for the same kingdom, then set another string so the members are up to date... how do i do this?

uhm, maybe like this:

NPC Code:

addstring this.kingdom_accts,GoZelda;
addstring this.kingdom_ranks,Leader;
addstring this.kingdom_names,Cyrin da man;

Then you'd make "databases" like this for each kingdom.

Mh, i don't know much about arrays, but if there would be multidimensional arrays, it might be a possibility too.

use a string array, and look into #I.
