Era needs change
 

Era needs good change, and we all need to give ideas to them to see what they think would make Era better.

Open economy and balanced guns would be a start (COUGH ICARUS COUGH)

You can blame Icarus for showing up and making me ragequit while I was coding the stockmarket system. I wonder if the class is still there..

Era is going down-hill..

I havn't been on to play (not allowed?), but a bunch of people would rather die than to be on Era..

C'mon guys, bring some of the old stuff back! The stuff we all loved, the stuff that wasn't so lame.. How the AK was like the best gun you could get, how you could buy gangs for like 40k.. Bring back PT selling M4/Famas, damn Era!

Reset! Era would own if it went back to the state Delph or Chrisz left it in.. Just updated.. alot, don't upload the *** guns leave the speed off.. Make it true skill..

Wait, you're tying Jenn's Era with Chrisz's Era as if it were one in itself?

...he makes a good point. It has been seen as an update to release a new business and guns. As a result, pointless weapons with not so sensible stats have been made. The rare guns shouldn't be worth more as far as their stats go, but rather more because of their rarity.

Don't bring up Jenn Era. It would seem nice on pen and paper but really it doesn't give any gangs their characteristics, that's the problem with Era's gangs right now.

Edit: Omitted stuff, mistook Vulcan for Smu's actions. Smu is more like unixmad but way more immature and spouts psuedointellectual crap, while Vulcan is more like Stefan with a bad temper.

Change can't happen overnight. With Andy gone, the speed at which we can develop new things greatly diminished, but trust me...we're working on it.

Everything needs to be changed, not just simple stuff. Stuff that will attract people, but not 500+ guns running around that kill you in three hits.

Very few people like Era in its current state, which is why the entire staff team is working on alot of very major projects, most of which aren't things that can be finished within a few days or weeks even. Give us some time, sheesh.

Era needs:

• some sort of OFFICIAL police. even though if its lame and all they do is eat donuts it doesnt matter lol..
  
• Bring Era's newspaper back to life. i can help with this if you want ;)(i can post those news at the forums too)
  
• Departments.
  
• and a bit less scamm... i know Era is full of scamm but siriously...people try to scamm about EVERYTHING.

This is one of the next things on my to-do list. I've spoken to Mange about reinstating Section 31 as an official police force.

It's easy to not get scammed...you use the trade systems. If they say they can't do that then too bad. Anything that sounds too good to be true is--especially on Era.

I looked back at my thread where I announced my departure. october 6th. it is now november 11th. that's not overnight at all. it's been a bit over a month and I haven't really seen anything big being announced. when I asked for the updates that are being talked about, all I got was "halloween event"

Era was lacking an administration for far longer than when you announced your departure...we had to wait for Globals to make their decisions.

And seriously...you had a chance to do something, you were the Server Admin. Don't give me the "I wasn't Manager so I couldn't do everything I wanted" excuse because Era doesn't even have a Manager right now, either.

Back on topic...change will come, just be a little more patient.

S31 would be a good thing to bring back.

S31 members don't go around PKing they are LIKE GP's just without RC/Warp.. Police Force PKing is retarded, how do you know who started shooting?

Ahhh, I didnt know people could be trusted on Era. rofl

just because there's no administration does not mean stuff couldn't be done. for the longest time, era staff usually did stuff on their own without being told. I did that pretty much the whole time I was staff under TSA (and even Daz for a short while)

unless globals specifically told you to hold development until administration was put into place. if that's the case, it only makes the globals look that much more retarded because there's no excuse to halt development.

I acually told you what projects needed complete but you were too busy playing WoW with Icarus or you just lost interest in the game.
