Yes it is true, After reading alot of applications. Frankie picked seven FAQ's! What? Yes, Seven! We had soomuch good applications that we picked seven FAQ's, And not only five!

Woah woah woah. Hold up. Didn't they get rid of FAQs before? All I ever remember FAQs doing was massing out "ANSWERING ERA-RELATED QUESTIONS" every 5 seconds. There was never a need for more than two.

What questions are players asking to where FAQs are needed back other than "whn is teh res3t?!"

Frankie is making a new script that only allows two FAQs on at a time. Best of luck... Frankie also said since he's making this script he might hire two more FAQs, so i still got a chance to be FAQ.

I agree with that, I still think that Frankie will pick the best 5 Later, and fire 2 others. (Im not sure, Its just what i think)

Anymore than two is way too many. Only two should of been hired just to get Houdiniman off Era's back. There aren't many people asking questions in the first place. Give me one question that FAQs can answer that regular players on masses can't answer.

If it's a quest help I just give them the link to Sizzler's website for quest walk throughs; it's as simple as that. There isn't a need for FAQs on Era which PWAs seem to fail to understand.

You don't see games like World of Warcraft or Ragnorak with staff members whose life's purpose is to answer retarded questions. This is why they have something called Help Tips and Tutorials.

Well here is the mass by Frankie. I don't really think that FAQ's will be fired unless you do something really stupid or if your not online for a few weeks. Well It's also easier to talk to a person face to face than just looking at a website and reading Q and A's...

That's better I guess. I hate when there's a FAQ online and then another FAQ decides to tag up to feel important. No need for more then one FAQ at a time.

Era is really busy though, can you imagine 1 person fielding 30 pm's a minute?

Why can't there be more than 2 FAQ on tag at once? It's not as though it really does clutter up the staff list, and it's not as though FAQ go on tag when there's quite a few already on tag. It seems pretty ridiculous to limit the amount a player-related staff team can have on tag, when development tags aren't exactly needed in the staff list but would they be limited? Probably not.

But if there are 7 faqs online at once.. then there no use you only need 1 faq to anser your question.
I say 2 is a good idea.

The website had live screenshots of him doing the quest. If that's too hard for them then they are too retarded to even be playing Era.

And still no one has answered my question. What questions are asked that are so important that they need an actual staff whose sole purpose is to answer questions? Every question I had I usually asked on masses. I'd get a quicker response doing that rather than waiting on idling FAQs.

Why would 7 different FAQs actually go on tag all at once?

Well some people lag when there loading screenshots and if i was FAQ i would do more than just answer questions, I would actually walk whoever it is step by step.
Well if a FAQ is on tag there usually not idle and why does it matter if some one wants to just answer questions... Its there decision if they wanted to be FAQ anyway, which is probably why you didn't apply.
