Stone Age
 

I've thinking about a new theme for a server so I got the idea it would be cool to make a server "Stone Age".
People lives in caves or tree houses. A lot of different animals, like dinosaur and beasts all around. There are volcanoes and thunder storms and so on.
What do you think about it?

Technically humans and dinosaurs didnt exist in the same time period...But I'm not going to argue history here with you.

It's game and therefore possible.

No, it was just an idea, perhaps someone don't know a theme and seize this idea.

Yeah, Sam I was also thinking about it and I started designing it. Usually when I'm bored I design server ideas. I know a server we can use if you'd like to do it but I need to get a bit more down for my own server first then we can talk. :)

Sounds alright. What does a player do upon logging in? Fight for dinosaur eggs and work his way up to t-rex meat? :O

Crono I'd think his main goal is to erect lodgings and survive. Maybe start with a rock you can bludgeon a beaver to death with and sharpen his bones into tools and use his fur for clothing.

Yes, I am thinking of kind of basic things, like teamwork. The players have to work together kill a monster or to improve their knowledge to survive.

New playerworld: Stone Age
 

My idea: Creation of a new playerworld taking place in the stone age.
I've found someone who will support me to implement my idea in a playerworld.
But I think we need some help and ideas also welcome.

I'm supporting Sam and providing the playerworld for him to express his idea of a Stone Age server on. We've already got some concepts and things down and a couple staffs we think it'd be interesting so come on and help.

Seems like an interesting idea.

Though, if creating the world, seeking help, I would think some concepts would be told from the people who created the world just to make sure ideas can be built off the original?

Turn this into one gigantic RPG, but more of a -relaxed- RPG. With jobs, a storyline, etc, but don't have it so people need to declare when they're OOC or not. :D

Maybe get the relaxed feel of what Graal Bomy Moon used to be. I am Game Developer Admin on Zodiac, so I don't know how much help I can be, but I'm willing to script a few systems for you guys.

And also, ive started to dev some tiles for this server today.. they look amazing if i may say so myself, without sounding too *kocky.

UNFORTUNATELY. I made some tiles nearly a half year ago for a server Owned by Sage and I, called "Theed" and i have decided to re-use some of my tiles that were on that tileset..

the part that is unfortunate about it is that i guess Sage had givin my tiles to a server called "Sands of Glory" while i took my very long and well needed vactaion from graal.. and i really dont care because im using them again anyways. so dont gimme the whole "you stole" thing in the future when you see a bush.

Well, Sage is coming home from college today, maybe me and Lance can get together to work on some new tiles...I am kind of liking the idea of this and maybe I shall finish up the custom bodies I started for Stans server last week. Btw Lance, Why is it you never answer my IM's? x_x

Im not 100% but I do believe they have found dinosaur bones dating back to the early Homo- Erectus/habilis of our evolution

anyways back on topic why not have a theme of a alien civilization? or better yet have a metroid like theme and players can highlight stuff with there mouse and get data on anything they highlighted :P
