i feel Bad for all the staff postions that get aboused, i know MrBear does because i have seen the threads he has written, and i see that he is right and people that call him corrupt are wrong

Mr. Bear just has to ignore the people that bother him, that way they won't affect his work.

Graal needs a "live team" like most online games, they get paid and they have real skill and are not immature. But Graal doesn't make enough money to hire those types :(

Graal has fine administration.

Yes, some of graal's administration is pretty crappy. Personally i havent seen Lyndzey hold any sort of event since she made Events Team admin.
BUt i dont think im doing a bad job. Sure, some people think FAQ should be removed, but they are entitled to their own opinion, even if i dont agree with em.
I help on average around 10-20 ppl in a half an hour block and up to and over 50 ppl during an hour or more onlinetime. I dont think thats bad. Though some FAQs arent doing a good job, or so ive heard....

I think that's a lie. No offense or anything.
There aren't that many that ask dumb questions every 30 minutes.

they dont have the right to complain. They took the job, which bye the way theres no respect in answering emails/questions, then they go get all mad when people insult them.

When you take a job on Graalonline, you should already know that you will be harrassed and called many many things. If you don't relize this simple thing...you shouldn't even be staff. Taking crap is part of the job. If you can't take it then let the next guy see if he can.

hehe....sometimes when I play on graal2001....i see several mass messages from people requesting help with things.....a lot of which could be solved if they just took a leap of faith....

A professional staff is what we need, but this game doesn't have the money. So, instead, every crack with ambition (Everybody who plays, that is) aims at staff positions.

Actually, its own uniqueness practically makes it worth it.

I am sure he gets a lot but "100 a minute". Get real. Mr. Bear ignores half of his messages or gives poor answers.

As for sticking up for your friends, there's nothing wrong with that, but if people are having an argument over valid points and you come in and say "he's doing good he cool and he's my friend" it's not valid.

He is too young to hold such a high position and someone who, once again, CAN'T SPELL PRINCETON AND CLAIMS TO BE GOING THERE, should not be a Junior GM. It's terrible.

I don't blame him for ignoring some but it is his job, but lets say if his RC says Mr. Bear-away, maybe if you think for a moment he actually might be away, usually when I use the -away thingy on RC I am away, but sometimes it does it automaticly so I don't even know. Mr. Bear has done a good job though, from his past to now, I don't see the reason why he needs to be fired. Just because every week it's someone new who you think needs to be fired, doesn't mean they do need to be. I am sick of reading who needs to be fired, you people make graal more worse.
