Graal Ventrilo

Would anybody be interested in a Graal Ventrilo server?

Is so, post!

Scott 03-19-2005 01:41 AM

Yes . <3 Ventrilo.

ThinkDifferent 03-19-2005 01:45 AM

Yes please

Curt1zzle 03-19-2005 02:34 AM

Sure, why not. Finally I'll be able to hear the squeeky voices behind these oh so intelligent posts!

Amagius 03-19-2005 02:57 AM

I would love one.

Benm00t 03-19-2005 03:03 AM

Sounds like it'd be a pretty cool idea to me.

Hiro 05-04-2005 01:55 AM

Sorry, I just remembered about this.

Depending, I'll probably buy a 12-15 person Ventrilo.

If more is needed, then post away.

StanislavHunter 05-04-2005 02:05 AM

Ventrilo for me!

syltburk 05-04-2005 12:25 PM

Why not..

zell12 05-04-2005 12:51 PM

Why not spend the extra few dollars and go for a 30 or 50 person? :)

I have a ventrilo server that has 20 slots, but i'd rather not have a bunch of people on it that I don't even know. Besides, it's mainly for my CS team anyway.

HoudiniMan 05-04-2005 07:11 PM

I run the free version, not sure how many people that allows.

Definately interested though.

Gambet 05-04-2005 08:55 PM

Sure, would be fun/interesting :)

Nappa 05-04-2005 09:51 PM

I have a teamspeak server. TS > VC. However, good friends only.

zell12 05-04-2005 09:53 PM

Why the heck would Team Speak be better then Ventrilo Nappa?

I don't know. I find it alot more comfortable to use and manage. Personal preference, I suppose.

Curt1zzle 05-04-2005 10:39 PM

I just abuse xbox live and go in a lobby, mwaha!

URBANLEGEND 05-05-2005 12:16 AM

I personally think team speak is terrible, the creators should be shot. I guess I just simply prefer ventrilo.

Teamspeak is okay, but trying to run a teamspeak server while playing CS lagged me up, so I favor ventrilo since it uses much less resources (i believe).

Teamspeak is just...***.

Ventrilo really is the superior client.

2003_emily_2003 05-06-2005 01:40 PM

Do what you want, but I still prefere TeamSpeak.

I've never had such problems with Teamspeak, and I have played CS. Sounds like a personal problem, to me.

Were you hosting a server too or just connected with it?

I was hosting a server and connected to myself with four or five friends.

Myukoi 12-16-2005 02:10 AM

So what happened to this idea? I liked it. :)

It was recently fixed due to problems with UDP support, I believe. It should work better now. I could be wrong though.
