Getting Something Off My Chest
 

Alright. I have been wanting to do this for a while, but I really had never seen the correct time to do it. Alright, so...maybe some of you know, maybe some don't. I'm Inphektid, former Graal "hacker" and all-out flamer, basicly. Some also may know me as nTENSE. Anyway, I'd just like to state that the reason I changed accounts so many times was because I got sick of causing trouble around Graal, I mean, I'd been globally banned and unbanned 4 times I believe, I thought it was kind of childish, even though I'm still only 13. Anyway, I'd just like to apologize to everyone I offended or did wrong to under my past aliases. I noticed about 6 months ago that it just wasn't fun anymore, so I switched to the account "nTENSE." On that account, I admit, I still used trainers some, and I still hung out with a crowd of bad influences. Just over a month ago I then decided to take a completely new approach to Graal, now some bad hacker guy with some "uberleet" name, a normal kid who can play the game a normal way, so I chose this account. When Lyndzey comes back from vacation, I hope she'll read my e-mail about the global ban request of my Inphektid account, due to the distribution of it. Either way, I'm happy I finally got to say this in a more public place, and I hope you all can accept me and not look at me as some kind of idiot, like I may have been seen as on my other accounts. That's all I'd really like to say.

(Also, I am not ban evading in any way in case your wondering.)

You bug me sometimes...okay, a lot...but other than that, you seem to mean well. Good luck with keeping that up - being a good person is far superior, though far harder to accomplish, than being a bad one.

All of my previous accounts...aren't banned.

Except that I personally banned at least three of them.

Great way to ruin a topic that I intended to not be flamed with senseless crap. PM me if you want to talk about it, I see not how you could do this, considering all of my accounts were banned and unbanned by either Nemesis, Stefan, or unixmad.

Moderation of the forums is 'senseless crap'?

I banned every one of them on the forums. A quick check shows that they are still banned.

I asked you kindly to PM me this, couldn't you do so? These forums are sometimes treated like a chat room...anyway, why are more former accounts banned from the forums? I only posted about a dozen time on each of them, so I have yet to even notice why or when they were banned...

Whether you like him or the fact that he wants to change is irrelevent. Kaimetsu has to enforce the bans...It is his job.

Using a simple trainer is a 'Script Kiddys Paradise' Now if you dont know what that means at the age of 13 ask someone or search on Google.
Anyway i new it was you, you allways denied it, and i found it was you by your typing skills, and if you was a 'Hacker' and you want to help graal, tell a global staff member some hackers and you will hve done something.

Please re-read his post. Notice the quotation marks (" and ") placed around a key word - hacking. Then, think it over, please.

He have proven himself mature.. don't look at the one that was Indepehktid or whatever... i used to hate him too, Thall, or inph or whatever he calls himself now is a good person, people change Kaimetsu, you can't ban them for something they did a long time ago, because if thats the case, you would be banned a long time ago too Kai.. reason: the reason i told you on AIM ;)

No offence with this post, just telling you guys that people do change, that was what we were chating about Kai.. they really do, everyone deserves a new chance... you told me yourself that sometimes you must bend the rules, or something like that.. i think this time is that "sometimes"...

First of all, I haven't yet said that I plan to ban him.
Second, it isn't something that he did a long time ago. He is evading ban every time he logs into the forums.

How many new chances? Most people don't change unless their circumstances do, and that's only a superficial thing.

If you're not going to bother about accuracy then don't try to quote me. I didn't say that I bend rules, I said that rules exist to constrict users, not moderators, and that sometimes personal judgement must overrule them.

He has matured and improved 100% with his attitude.

on that account, wouldnt Unixmad have had to approve it

I'd be personally outraged if he wasn't banned. Just because he appologizes for his past stupidity doesn't mean he should be given special treatment. He is clearly ban evading. Are you telling me that all the other people who have done this can get off the hook if they appologize for their idiocy? A system like that is truly screwed up.

The only problem I have with you is on GK. You purposely use my name as if it were a joke. Do not lie to people that I bid on your items just so they can bid more, that is untruthful and you have done it twice now. You lie to very nice and honest people and you think it's a joke. You even told me to my face 'It's fun to mess with you' and I don't really appreciate that.

Kaimetsu, I have never did that, I do not hack, I have no experience in hacking whatsoever. Even though I knew hate would come out of this topic, I still feel better about myself posting it, and at least being honest to let people know. I expected in some way to maybe be respected a slight bit more in revealing this little secret, but now I'm sure it'll just pose more hate against me, like how Snakeandy and Minoc are obviously acting against me. I've already apologized, I do not know what more I can do, this is the internet. So hate me if you want to hate me, lie if you want to lie, I think the fact you should all be aware of is that I am trying to change myself, and I feel I shouldn't be banned from Graal or even the forums simply for this...

I was never banned on the nTENSE account...I changed names because I thought it was a pretty lame name for Graal.

Chris, the reason I said that was because that's what everyonhe on Graal is referred as if they use a trainer. A hacker. If you notice my first post, I used quotation marks (as someone pointed out previously) because that's a reason I've been banned before, "hacking" when I was using a trainer, which was wrong, and I have refrained from doing, and promise myself I will never do again.

And for superb...why do you think I posted this thread? If unixmad wants to look at it, even Stefan wants to look at it, they can go for it, that's why I publicly posted. I don't think you people get it: I am no longer globally banned on any of my accounts. I am however banned from the forums on my Inphektid and nTENSE accounts, which I just realized. I wish I knew why, but I'm assuming it was simply because I was globally banned from Graal. If I hadn't even posted this thread superb, you'd never even know about that past, and you'd think I'm just some normal guy. Sometimes it seems like intelligence or awareness leads to ignorance, and it's so annoying...:(

I dont need to know you. A judge doesn't know the defendant. You broke the rules (twice) and you should be punished. You've been given your second chance. Which you just told us... well abused.

Oh wow you havn't seen my on Graal... Wanna know something? I've never seen Kaim on Graal, or Unixmad... so I guess that just strips all respect and power from them.

Nor do I need support. I've learned to live without support on Graal. And the right solution doesn't always need support.

Brett was given several chances, and he was a complete idiot. I don't see why Inphektid should be given any less a chance, because Inphektid has proven he can change. Brett never changed.

The fact is that ban evasion is against the rules. I acknowledge that Inphektid is more mature now, but that doesn't warrant disregard for the rules. I'm still deciding how this should be handled.

Yeah, well why you think about that, remember, you wouldn't even know that I was Inphektid if I didn't build up the honesty to actually say this, you saw nothing wrong with me before I made this post. The vibe I'm getting from this is "Stupid Thallen, you shouldn't have told the truth!"
