Heres a screenshot of forest tiles for adiarde..

NOTE:
* I'm not using that level for the server, just to show tiles.
* The body will change when our body set is completed.
* That chat system will probably change too.


EDIT: That GUI will change too, i have the new GUI GFX done allready, just need to script it.

If the character was cold, why would they move into a shadow?

Leafs have no depth, all they are is horizontal edited version pasted over eachother one by one.

Shadows on tress dont look right, they should be on an angle, instead of going perfectly around the tree trunks area.

Don't get what you're talking about the leafs.

Second, as i stated, this is just a test level.

then don't post... pretty simple, why would you post if you don't want to hear our comments on it besides "wow, really neat"? You'll take possitive comments but then make up excuses for the negetive ones.

And Eric guy, are you a *****? That is a test level, i posted so you could rate the tileset, not the friggin level

6 Different positions, is not a variety. Just rotation.

And you were the ignorant one that posted about "test level" not me. I was refering to the Tileset and how you are taking negetive comments and making excuses about them.

Not bad, Tyrial, but why does every tree have the little tentacle root thing going on? It's been done, brotha, I'd like to see a tree that actually has a real looking trunk.

Why would graal have "real-looking" graphics? You realise, the default head sprite is as large as the body sprite?

The leaves on the trees don't blend in well. The rest looks alright for the most part I guess.

listen to MadWolf about the leafs please! that would make the tree look a lot better

also, i don't like the little clumps of 5 flowers, that look like an X...

The rocks look like gumdrops.

I wanted to say something, but then I would be accused of being an ass. Oh well.

Now that you mention it, they sort of do look like them. Just that they are covered with grass. The flowers look horrible too, but at least there isn't just one color.

anyways, it seems like most new tilesets, have rocks that look like that...

You're right..They ARE gumdrops. :o Not really a bad thing if you can eat the rocks..But if you can't, it's really bad. Unedible gumdrops.

That grass looks EXACTLY Like the one in the little banner thingy on the playerworld "Faldur"'s website.

She's right, it is the same exact grass. I thought it looked familiar.

Gahh, i hope Faldur didn't steal them i'm helping them out and such..

You got to be kidding me... if this is true, Symbonia is dead... i did not stole those, i can show some screenshots or so from a long time ago..

Hartland's tileset is better, for example.

Tis true I have to stick up for him I saw that grass a long time ago so if anyone stole it I guess it was Faldur.. =\

I can vouch for it as well. It's Gastly's grass. He used to show it to me over AIM when he first started working on it.

I've been talking to the Staff and Symbonia on Faldur and it seems to that those tiles were given to Symb in exchange for Symb making tyrial his website.

Symbonia (6:57:32 PM): and the EXACT story behind his old tiles that were given to me is, he asked me to setup a Portal on his site, using myvb_index wich if you look on faldurs site, is the EXACT same freggin portal that he has.. He said if I did that, he would give me his old tileset wich is in pics1 format.. also the original deal was that he was to MAKE me tiles.. but he never did, he just gave me those in exchange.

Symbonia (6:58:06 PM): and this whole matter makes no sense at all, for the fact that we aren't even using those tiles.. we used them on a Banner on our site.. and the other fact that they DO NOT even closely match.. it his non-sence..

Ahh, that grass! I thought me stole my new grass.. yea i made that grass, i also did make new tiles for him, he's just lieing.

That grass is old, so i did give it to symbonia if he would make my site, which he never completed, so yes: They stole it from me.


PS: Toran, call me Tyrial, ja? ;)

I made new house roof for Symbonia, that was what he wanted.


Eric guy, what the hell was in that picture? I'm not at home, and that "k.png" was very dark, i saw the second one was my old grass, but the first one saying "Tyrials" was like a solid color...

Trial, You did make faldur some tile's a whole tileset to be procise, if Symbonia would make you a tileset, i remember the tileset because it was no where near completion, half of the grass was light colours, the other half was dark :o
