Illegal UN saves for trial
 

Trial accounts on UN are being allowed to save their stats and other things with a special room. As far as I know, this is illegal, sincethere is no point in subscribing if they have it.

the level is unsavepoint.graal, I am very angry about this because I paid for Graal and receive thesame features these trial accounts get.

I was really, really mad when I heard about this so I didnt even check before i posted

no wonder it has such a high playercount, I was wondering about that.. I mean the server sux bad. So now I understand the playercount! Thx!

Yeah its illegal. And yeah that would increase player count considerably. Its an intresting idea that. But yes with that people may not subscribe.

No wonder they have been getting 150-200 people on it....you can bet stefan or unixmad knows nothing about this

we had this idea for delteria, but it was quickly put to rest because it would defeat the whole p2p dealy...

this kind of sucks, I spent 350+ on upgrading peoples accounts and giving them away just to see that I didnt have to...

By the way your not supposed to upgrade peoples accounts so dont do it anymore.

but this remonds me off that messaging system some server had...

The person with RC didnt like my view and told me to stop, and at the same time they said it (no chance to even stop) jailed

Thats not a true statement, I have done a few of my Staff and Unixmad is well aware of it , mainly because there was a problem with one. Yet I do not use my own money or a CC , I use PayPal funded either by my PayPal Funds or my Checking account. Point is on the reciept I have they must change the password within 3 days on confirmation of the upgrade, I do not want people's password for their account. Anyone who does this takes a risk, if someone uses a CC and is a stolen CC number then fraud is involed and all accounts upgraded by that person will be banned from Graal Permanently . This is why it's not a good idea to do this. Any cancellation of a payment or CC fraud will cause you to be banned from the Game. You really need to know who you are dealing with and if this person is honest or not. People have sent me Money Orders so they know my address and name , I have nothing to hide and are honest in my dealings but many on Graal are not. I don't make it a habit of upgrading accounts and perfer not to do it. Btw anyone reading this don't get any ideas about me starting a mass upgrade of peoples accounts because I won't, just because I have done a few doesn't mean I want to do anymore.

so according to this, having other people upgrade your account for you is illigal, and if anyone says they will do it for you, you are supposed to turn them in

I had 3 Graals open at once , ask Knuckles about it when I was on Frolic or Soul-Blade they were there at the time. They know this is wrong, and that they shouldnt be doing it. They'ev had time to take it down.. and havent. So take them down, for good.

FACT I "Never shared the account with you" I never once got on it after I gave the account to you , that would be account sharing. I only got back on it to take it back by changing the password; when you did what you did because you did not deserve the account and I would rather see the account banned than you to use it. enough said. FACT I haven't upgraded any account in months nor do I plan to or said I was going to , so you lied. As far as making you look like anything , you are doing a fine job on your own why should I help?

ETD, let me give you the definition of account sharing
when 2 people play alternately on an account..that account in which you refer to was given to you, moon god never got on the account when you were using it....you started doing things that I wont mention because it doesnt belong here on the forums, so moon god took the account back, and changed the password...now you cant say that he shares the account since noone knows the password it is now, and cannot get on it, it was changed immediately when he took it back...now, if someone deems that is breaking the rules, then they should just ban the account..at any rate, it would be worth it just so you dont have it anymore, because you dont deserve it.
Dont ever call me a liar, for I dont lie...I never see a reason to lie. It just so happens that moon god didnt want people to know that was his account, so thats why you didnt know it was him.

according to your definition, the only way you could be sharing accounts is if 2 people were using it at the exact same time

since i could easily say "i gave my account to ___, then he gave it back to me..." and then just do it again next time i have a friend who wants to use my account... i sure hope someone with authority checks this definition, and comments on either way, because if this definition is true, it could be abused EASILY.

Agreed, hopefully Unixmad will take a stand on this open corruption,for that is what it is.

I decided to upgrade my account for another 12 months today and the thought that many others are not able to yet could simply go to UN to play because of what they had makes me mad.

edit(btw i just went on UN and they still have a save room?)

I have no problem with it saving peoples clothing. That's a "nice" feature.

However, considering all the other things it saves, I am nonetheless appalled by it. This whole thing circumvents the whole philosophy of paying to have an upgraded account - it makes it almost meaningless to upgrade to play on that server. Let's say there was a 70 player increase because they enabled that save feature. If all those 70 people spent 15 dollars and upgraded to classic, think of how much money that would be! (For those who aren't so quick with math, that would be 735 dollars).

That's a lot of money, to me at least.

If someone stole 735 dollars from me, I'd be upset. *shrugs*

EXACTLY...It's costing Graal money for UN to do such a thing. UN must die.

Account Transfers are illegal. Whether that be giving the account to someone, selling the account to someone, letting someone test your account, etc. Unixmad said this himself and it is in the Code of Conduct somewhere, just have to go find it some day.
