Well, an example. Crono was fired by Stefan a while back, but he was also rehired. The account admin(s) got half of the story, the part where Crono was fired. It's just one of those things that stops you from doing stuff and so on. :[

And like the Nemesis stuff. What is he? What does he do? We asked Stefan and all he could say was "gives unixmad ideas or something." :(

i thought nemesis was humans resources person or something.

He came on 2k1 and told me not to wear my rc tag because im showing off? Lyndzey told me always wear your rc tag incase anyone needs help. I believe Lyn over him.

I already think DW should be owner but he's not on~

Today i figured out that Nemesis lives 10 minutes on bike from me.

I have nothing to do with whether or not he gets RC.

But, from what I hear, they get other people with RCs that weren't needed to take over existing jobs? Or something like that.

God damnit. All Dark Warlock needs is his level four RC account for Unholy Nations.

I need him on because if he's not then I can't :( Especially since he needs to tell me the pass~

No... it was my older Excalibur_Mithica account. Snake Eyes made them for all the staff a long time ago. I was sopposed to be able to use mine, but he didn't set the adminworld/admin level correctly

Abstract:

Becoming Staff requires that you can take responsibility well, so chosing the person for that job is a matter of how much you trust the people your hireing to handle that responsibility. The people you know best, are your friends, you hang arround them, you talk with each other, and you know how they act, and what they are all about. You know if your friend would make a good staff addition or not. On the other hand, there's other people, who are always bitter and negitive, people who whine about not getting a staff position over someone else... These people (like you :rolleyes:) you don't know, and based on their behavior, most likely wouldn't make good staff anyway. Granted there are a handful of people out there that could do a great job, but these people usualy don't even apply for staff, because they're not power hungry or corrupt. :p Staff members have to enjoy what they do, a staff member who doesn't like his job can be a serious problem, having a staff of close friends helps keep the moral up, and having a happy staff will result in overall beter gameplay. Don't bash the staff people, most of these guys do it to help other players out. :o


The Topic:

Yes, Staff comunication is very important, I think there should be a private forum just for staff or something so they can post the details on any changes fully. This method usualy works well.

Yes. I wait to have it toggled for... oh, A FEW MONTHS only to have it taken away in the same day I have it working, without nobody telling me why or how it was removed!

I definately think a private forum for staff is needed... It'd be eaiser for Stefan to be reached by staff aswell, instead of him needing to sort through the 5000000000000 PM's he gets every day... :)
