Important reorganisation of the staff
 

I have asked Contego a report on staff activity, nothing more...

To make it clear there is only two high staff it's me and Stefan and only us can hire/fire/ban a staff member, if anyone decide something without our full agreement then he will be fired.

Starting today there is no more Assistant Game Manager or “general” high staff but only groups of staff that have a clear task, each of this groups will have a leader that will report directly to me .

I will make a new organization of the team next week that will enforce this rules.

BirdBird, Contego, Alkaren please calm down, that's not the best time to make a internal war, we have a lot of pressure to finish G2K2 in time and don’t need to waste our time on human relationships

I'm sick of all the "OMG, I AM MORE POWERFUL THAN U R" crap.

The last thing I want is an internal war, but 2k1 is an exsample for people wanting to upgrade and play 2k2 as well, and it must be at tip top shape all the time to influence customer loyalty so to say, thats my opinyon anyway.

Right now it looks like this:
There are no more Assistant GMs (also no Assistant Assistant GMs), Unixmad never heard of HROs (Contego somehow was wrong then, huh?), and the Assistant Account Admins (Account Managers) don't need level 4. So only James205 has the power to edit accounts now. [edit]Everybody else with level 4 was reduced to level 1[/edit]
Birdbird and me are the Graal2001 Managers then, which means that we are the highest instance there under Unixmad and Stefan.

This whole issue disturbs me. Contego I always thought of as a kind man who helped everyone. He was even going to try to help me get my Bugs Admin job back...heh. Oh well, after this it seems all the work was pointless..:(

Honestly people this is the best thing to ever happen to graal. Now there won't be no more power fights over who has more RC Abilitys and stuff and now stuff will get done a lot faster than what it used to!!! Great Job Unixmad on finally making a stand!!!

Yes. And I loved how he kept his updates to unixmad, stefan, and the RC chat only.

I didn't know that Playerworld Inspectors were supposed to review playerworlds wanting to get up, and that "GFX COPYRIGHT" was supposed to inspect online playerworlds. Nor did I know I was previous playerworld admin. And I really didn't know the part about not being able to do something to a server for having things like bomys and such. GFX Team hasn't done a thing, really.

I have the logs also. And heh, I am the original GFX Copyright member. The way he explained it is completely wrong. I look over PW's that are up for ILLEGAL GFX. Not levels or material. But, GFX,GANIS, AND SOMETIMES scripts.

Damn, well, this could help me a lot when BirdBird gets unbanned.

Copyrights been out foir over 5 months. I was the original member that kawaii hired to start it all. I dont see the difference I know...but we also go through all the server files looking for errors,copyright infringements, etc. I got the SSJ hair on 2k1 changed to black :cool:

Yes, and Playerworld Administration/Inspectors cannot do this... because? They've only been doing it since Genmo was admin, except without RC because of the no rights system. It'd be a lot easier now.

They were co-owners of graal2001, I thought...

Yup they were now there level 1 RC and birdbird is suspended for some reason.:(
