I offered Googi a cheap room in the house I am renting out, but he says he was afraid of getting scammed by the owner (my friend, completely trustworthy) and he wants a free room from anyone with an RC... quite paranoid if you ask me

I did not say I wanted a free room. I said I wanted a room with an RC or DragonX because I trust them to collect rent fairly.

Everyone collects rent fairly. All you do is say on Thursday afternoon: "Gee, I have 300 gralats in my bank account. THat means tomorrow I will have 260." and you can check. If you have been ripped off then you tell a police or an RC and they will fixit.

Besides, when people don't collect rent fairly word gets out really quick and that person loses all their credibility. Then they are forces to sell their house to someone else

I have been through the RC log process and it is slow like an AOLer using a lagmaker program.
