Complains about admins
 

Please don't post complains about admins here
on the forum, please send us emails or
forum PMs, but it is not really good to discuss
bans or problems with admins here.

There are several reason to loose admin powers
or get temporary banned, if people abuse powers
there must be some punishments (not only
if admins do it which you don't like). You will not
get anything done when you start 'riots' against
other players.

Change your name to birdbird_0, konidias, or loriel. Then you might have some luck.

Hes good about emails. Hes responded to 2 out of 3 of mine in the past couple weeks and he was nice too :)

thats because you havent contributed to the graal community for a while, make 4 tiles and maybe the Stefmeister could squeeze you in.

you need to interview or set up an application and hire some new staff. this is getting out of hand, i'm tired of coming online and being harassed and watching people get away with things, just because some 'people' are lazy

your the only person i respect, along with a few other unamed staff, at least you do reply to e-mails and answer logical questions that pertain to the game

i paid for my p2p account so that i could play a server. not so i could argue with an admin or staff for 30 min. and then be ignored, not to have my account hacked and personal information exploited, not to listen to people mass about raping each other, terrorism, and massing obscene language. not that i find all of it offensive, but it doesn't set the mood for a nice gaming atmosphere. know what i mean?

Stefan and Unixmad both have answered every single one of my PM's and e-mails.

Yes same with me...it strange. I used to send an e-mail and get a reply an hour later, or a PM and when hes online 5 minutes later, and certaintly the next day. Now, never.

Fire all admins and hire professionals, or program a auto admin system which will eliminate all corruptness.

If Mr. Bear was running things he would hire me back again since I talked with him yesterday and he congratulated me on getting the staff positions on 2k1, saying that I deserved them :)

Most of the hate or dislike of admins is because you don't understand our jobs and the ammount of work and pressure we are put under. Admins are not robots, and we can't always solve your problems.. you just take it more personally with us because we are online more then Stefan is so it gives you a chance to talk with us more. I get bothered on graal, graal forums, graal forum pm's, and even my instant messengers about things that I cannot fix or help fix. "Give me the 3000 I lost before the reset) I can't do that, I have no evidence you had 3k and if I went and gave you 3k, I would be a bad admin putting more money on the server when it was probably just a trick to get free money.

I don't think Loriel has ever banned anyone just because he dislikes them (although there have been a few occasions I believe he banned too quickly or unfairly)

I don't even want to think about the nasty letters people send to stefan about me. Saying "he sucks and he is lazy and he is corrupt and he is ugly and he is stupid and he is unfair..."

To be honest I'm not even sure I'm an admin, since I'm still just a level maker and graphics staff.. but with ftp, rc and nc. =/

Stefan please clear up what position I hold on the server so people will know what I do and not ask me things I can't help with.

Hello Graalians,
I thought I would post to touch base on some of the subjects that have been posted here.

First off, I think Trueheat does contribute to the community enough to get a response from Stefan because he's on these boards starting threads that graalians take pleasure in and all through his numerous jobs at graalonline he has enhanced it tremendously. That's besides the fact that he did pay for his account and whether it be Stefan or any other admin they should answer him. ;)
Second, Stefan is a busy owner of a very popular game. Aren't there GM's such as Zorro and that hacker SnakeEyes that take complaints? See I thought "GAME MASTER" meant they are in charge of all that so Stefan could labor on his game.

Erm..
how about Nemesis.. he comes on my server and tells me how to run my staff. Like tells me that FAQ's dont need RC's and my GP's need level 3 rc's..
then his buddy NightFall comes and joins him ..
they both should go and do their job which is not tell me how to run my own server.

SnakeEyes actually responds, whereas Mr. Bear didn't. I had to get the damn bugs admin to delete my account so I could recreate it.

It's more about making things so that people don't need
admins to resolve the problems.
