Dino Valley - Unfair
 

Well, I was injusticed a lot of times :mad: in that server that I don't want to talk now because who knows that I didnt do anything, knows...
Ok, I made a lot of levels to Dino Valley too, and now, I mean, months ago I wanted these levels removed... But any of the Staff did something... So, I have the rights to the levels, and I WANT it removed as soon as possible, otherwise I will talk with Stefan to do something... Also the onlinestartlocal... :mad:

um dude... after beeing uploaded and official the levels are owned by the server owner... so that some ex-staff member or person who got fired or staff can take them down after this time...
DV has the right to use your levels

Psst: Tell me something about this:

Me and another guy were told that we were Owners, and the original owner of DV said that we were equal to him, and that the only way that an owner can be fired, is if 2 owners agree. He told us this, but didn't register any of us with graal, so then he goes ahead and fires both of us...:confused:

Yes you did big things to Dino valley and you deserve justice to be done ..
Dino Valley Staff please remove his two levels ?

And I would like all the levels I uploaded/ changed/ made/ adjusted removed also.
Would be an estimated 75 % of all levels.
Or hire Vovavziggy and Jower back as Owners and fire Aramech Lonewolf as Owner.

They don't have to take down the levels. After they're uploaded, they become property of GraalOnline. You have no right to order them taken down.

Owner has no right. They are property of GraalOnline, not the server. Therefore server don't have to take down levels of purky staff quit.

Sadly, I'd have to say the same thing. What's happening to it now isn't going to get it ANYWHERE.

Once uplaoding stuff the property you think is yours but tis rightfully Graals and stafan and unixmad so its actualyl not even the owners.

DV should have been removed a long time ago, first vova was fired, then I was fired by the owner's Real life friend because I wasn't linving in germany (most of the non-germany staff have been fired), then Jower was fired and now Alexyo just quit because he was sick of all the taff treating him like trash
If servers were reviewed by how good the staff was, DV would be taken down in a heartbeat

At the moment Dino Valley is a disgrace to all the staff who worked there .
Nobody actually plays there anymore now.
There is Nothing left of the old staff.
Aramech Lonewolf gave Dino Valley to his real life friend to play with.
That person had 25 hours online time on Dino valley when he was made Owner.
He was never in staff at Dino Valley before and he has no idea what is legal and what is not ..I have seen gani's, staff ideling with NPCs that wont let you be disconnected etc. etc.
He doesn't speak English very well while Dino Valley is an English server.

Now Vovavziggy and Jower (the people I made Owner as my replacement) were fired.

This is one of the many mistakes Aramech Lonewolf made..

Dino Valley is dying.

Once you submit levels and they are put up the belong to the player world and Graal , not the person that made them for after all is this not what you were hired for? You need to read the terms on Graal about that , it states ownership belongs to Graal not you.

DV sucked when I was staff then and more after I got fired. I really 'enjoyed' going through the server and viewing all the stolen NPCs that were put up in houses and other various things. I really think that instead of giving Dino Valley a warning, it should be taken down immediatly. The staff have a weapon the replaces the walk and idle gani, I've seen a few light effects in a few places, and the illegal chat scrolling weapons. I tried the weapon out when I was staff and had my RC. You put in what the text should say and it scrolls it. I've seen several staff use this to stay on serveral hours.
I think also that there should be playerworld reviewers that actually review the staff. I know for a fact that DV has a GM that's suppose to be in charge of the LATs, GATs, NATs, and GPs but the GM can't make levels or script anything. The staff should also be tested on there english speaking ability because currently, none of the owners can speak correct english.
In close, DV should be taken down for illegal weapons and horrible staff. Even though it is the owners choice on who to hire, hiring your real life friend as owner when he can't make levels or script should not be allowed. If doing that would be made illegal, it could prevent servers to fall into decay like DV has had. I hear people say there are too many servers, I think that there are too many bad servers, not too many servers. There should be a team that goes through all the servers, removes all the RC rights and changes the FTP so nothing can be changed while the review goes on, and the reviewers decide if the server should be taken down or not.

The levels should not be removed. They are sole property of the Graal Online servers (once submitted).

Sadly, we didn't make anything for DV, because we kept battling for it against people 24/7, for 3 months long...

Yeah I was ripped off to when I was NAT on DV they ripped me off and stoled my scripts!BUT NO JAGEN GOT REHIRED AND IM NOW POOR!Thats why im making my own server.Even know it won't make it.It would be fun trying to make a server be up though.

Do you remember Diamond Slayer??? Yes.. I met him once in Graal2001 and he said that he deleted everything alot of times... and I said:
"Oh, you deleted everything and I got the injustice, right??"

I admit too that sandin made good things too... but not only him and Alzabo... as I said, Cha Cha and Madman made alot of good things... I made good things too (I think) because when I was Owner the server had 80/90 players... and the majority of the people used to like me...
And Cha Cha, those illegal scripts that you found when I was Owner was made by Fear Chill.... not me... and I didn't see when he was uploading that... Cybnext helped me removing... I removed a lot of stolen scripts that some other person uploaded... I really don't know how the password of the FTP went to Diamond's hands... I believe that some Chief gave him because I gave the FTP password to all Admins and Chiefs... (LAT Chief/GP Chief/NAT Chief/GAT Chief and etc)... Including my Brazilian friends because the GAT Chief and the LAT Chief were brazilians...
Today, many people know me in Graal2001... and they want me as Owner again in DV.. but I dont want... That server is dead....
I just want to clear up my name because the truth is coming out...

You did many things very wrong
The things other people whitnessed beside myself are:
You made yourself an Owner tag and told people Aramech made you Owner when Aramech was not around.
You uploaded copyrighted NPCs.
You put your name in scripts that were not yours.
You pretended to be Aramech Lonewolf after you had his RC account password changed (without permission of Aramech of course).
You promised people a staff position if they would give you the credits of their scripts.
I could add more to this list .
Why would I believe you. You are very good at telling lies.
You keep saying you are innocent...I think you are not.
You have a really twisted sence of whats right and wrong.
And do note that you took a lot of the fun of being Staff away for me.

Cha Cha, I can say that my account was hacked 2 or 3 times... and my PC too... I've informed you more than once that I got my PC broken or hacked... YOU remember this that I know... So these people who hacked my comp made of said things that I would never have done...
