Googi, have you already done a search of the forums for Kaimetsu's username? (I haven't read all 17 pages of this thread, so if this is the case, forgive me for asking.) His last post recorded on the forums, it seems, was last month.

And where might you have found this post? The latest one I'm seeing was made on July 9.

Ah. I had checked the most recent post time in those threads, rather than Kai's time. Not a bad place to look for any newer post we may have missed, though.

I did that a while ago. It's still the same.

It's highly unlikely Kaimetsu will come back this time.

I am glad he is gone, and at the same time I'm not so glad he is.

He pissed me off a lot with his stupid arguments, but he just pwned people with his smartness. Don't matter to me if he comes back or not; my feelings toward him leaving are neutral.

Kaimetsu was a forum bot turned off when Stefan initialized the Graal4 system.

It was taking up far to much memory when runnning the Kaimetsu bot and allowing the Graal4 executable to "Auto Update" at random times for various users.

About three years ago, while looking for regular information, I happened to come across a piece of hardcore information. It was like Senator Theodore F. Stevens finding a technicality in the rules of the US Senate allowing a judicial fillibuster to be stopped by a simple majority of senators plus the Vice President, except way, way, way more hardcore.

Shortly before Kaimetsu quit, I posted this information in a coded form that only someone who already knew the information would be able to understand (In other words, just me and Kaimetsu.) Kaimetsu then informed me that the posting of such hardcore information was not appreciated. I told him that I "could have been mean about it" by posting it in it's uncoded form. He then told me that I "could have been meaner about it" and that he would have preferred, "not mean at all." This is the conversation referred to in the IRC history in the solution to the KMM, specificly Kai's statement, "Would it help if I mentioned that the decision came after you and I had a short conversation?"

Except he does. I saw him on IRC a couple weeks ago learning a new programming langauge so he could make extensions for WoW.

I like Kaimetsu, our discussions taught me a lot about the universe and we were usually rather open-minded, and in fact he helped me break free from organized religion.

I'm sure that if he knew he was responsible for what you are saying now, he would commit suicide on the spot.
