Have one PW Reviewer. They post all the playerworlds in a zip on a website. Everyone can access that website and they can vote on how much they like it. You can only vote once. The ones that get enough votes are reviewed by the PW Reviewer. Then if they pass that test they get sent to Stefan.

That's stupid, every server deserves a fair chance at passing. People could just get all their friends to vote. It'd be corrupt like everything else on graal.

The Vipe and TrueHeat were doing a very good job. They were fair when they tested and did what they were supposed to. I hate all these high powered people who are firing for the fun of it and replacing them with no experience idiots!

Yes, I only managed a playerworld for 2 months.
You get experience by doing your job, there IS NO other way.
I spend about 2-3 hours on Graal helping people with accounts and such; then I answer all the e-mails then take care of forum complaints and other things. I don't understand why you IMed me on AIM telling me congratulations on my spot if you didn't even think I should have it in the first place.

he got sick of all the chaos of pw management so said ok this is it it's genmo and TrueHeaT and that's it.

pw management was completely organized, there was no chaos..

I have like 3 logs, and 2 screenshots that should get Genmo fired.. :\ 2 of which break the License Agreement things, and 3 logs..

It was organized before Genmo came back and realized people were higher than him in a Playerworld Department so he most likely went and complained and got the Leading job when all he did was nothing, which i think is unfair to Vincent (At the time) and now TrueHeaT.

Because I am never informed of anything Player World related by Genmo, I had no idea what was happening, and who was on the team. All I ever got was complaints. So I assumed he had an unorganized team as most of the complaints would imply. Had he ever talked to me about anything other then getting level 4 RC, then I wouldn't have let this all happen. TrueHeaT and Shadrock were probably great, but I didn't even know shadrock was on the team. Genmo and TrueHeaT were supposed to be partners, so I have no idea how Genmo convinced TrueHeaT he was fired.

Also, godspeed, until a few days ago I didn't have access to the e-mail database and couldn't fix mako's e-mail, and I never recieved a reply from Unixmad. And Bear told me to hire Zorro.

Well I know Vincent is good at the PW field. . Trueheat is a good choice but I have some doubts about him. But yes Even both of them would make a good choice.

NightLord, Im glad you are finally helping us but were screwed :( Vincent has completely quit graal as of last night, THT will never come back, Torkankusu is PW Inspector and Shadrock im not sure of. Your going to need to fire Genmo and hire some new PW Testers. My ideas for some are:

1.Shadrock if he will come back
2.Vermain
3.Torkankusu if he will come back
4.Me and/or ShardIceFire but I dont know if we can since we have our own Playerworlds :(

Yea Vince was my favorite but hes gone. THT says he wont come back but he was good too. Just not as nice to me as Vince was :(

I'm sure I could do a fine job as a PW tester..I have been on graal for about 2 years, I am/have been LAT and LAT Captain on many graal servers, and I know NPCs, I have pretty good taste in choosing what levels are good and which aren't. Well I don't think that they'd be hiring new people anyways.

What are you talking about. Here are the PWs I would put up and take down (if I was a PW Inspector)

1.Marasamune - Tileset is really good and it has passed tons of times
2.TDK cuz it looks really good
3.Doragaden or whatever G Yoshis is because its simply amazing from what I have seen.
4.Babylon - Im not sure about it just cuz im so critical of myself but I think it has a chance.

and to be taken down if im PW Inspector

1.Delteria
2.Mithica
3.Frolic
4.DoomsDay

I would be fair and grade them the right way. My only doubt is I might have to do test how Geovanie did and have everyone send them to one email and I do them on the weekends (and maybe a couple during the week)

What you just said just proves you wouldn't make it .. you can't take down Delteria it has a lot of people and there are no reasons to besides some errors and maybe 1 or 2 copyrighted things that I talked to Icepick about.
