I've read and I see validations.

Bird did have Konidias or Kaimetsu take his place while he was gone. Alkaren had Kamuii take over Police. When I took off, Stylez took my place.
The point: Someone DOES have to fill the position if you are going to "take off" or whatever.

Kamuii being fired, though, I don't see any reasons, nor do I see any with Alkaren.

Birdbird should not be manager of Graal 2001. He is not doing a good job, in my opinion. His talents should be devoted to Graal 2230, something he would excel at, not Graal 2001.

Just because Graal 2002 is coming out soon doe not mean we have forgotten about 2230, you know

Now for my thoughts on all of this.

Birdbird is in a VERY demanding position, I would NOT like to see the amout of time he spends simply going through PM's and e-mails relating to Graal (I bet 90% of which is "PLZ! MAKE ME STAFF BIRD BIRD!!! I'M A VERY GOOD GP ON <insert server here>! I WANTA BE STAFF!!! I WORK GOOD FOR YOU!!!"). In Birdbird's position I wouldn't be far off if I said that he probably has just as many people wanting 5min of his time as Stefan.

Noone likes people in positions of "power". It's easy to think to yourself "I could do so much beter." when in reality, under the circumstances, you would have to make desicions you don't like (such as fireing people) as well. Give him a break, he's working his but off trying to get Graal2001 updated again and doing a good job at it too. In positions like this a Zen philosiphy comes to mind: You do not Trust, humans are imperfect. You simply pay attention. This is Birdbirds job, to pay attention to the details, and catch little problems before they become big ones.

Birdbird did what protocal required him to do. Nothing more. I'm sure he didn't like doing it any more than you liked him doing it.

If you think you could do his job beter think again. Many people can't even take positions that are lower than his. The ability to handle this type of responsibility and keep a smile on your face is rare amoung humans. Don't assume what you can do until you've done it before.

A staff member that noone hates isn't doing his job. Remember that. Desicesions need to be made, and with everyone made there's always someone who gets hurt. Choosing the one that will hurt the least amount of people is the only thing that you can consider when it comes to these matters.
