Yes, but Graal scripting is far more fun. Regardless of what better options exist, GScripting will help me with my future job whereas sparring won't help you with yours.

if you want to learn how to script, take courses in school or in college

Why are you talking about something for which you have no knowledge?

oh no I'm taking Visual Basic (supposed to be C++) and A+ Certification in school and I do not find it fun so i must have no knowledge of anything because one of Lycia's disgusting lackeys said so!

more like, "i'd rather have fun then waste my time doing something that won't help me in life!"

Just because you study something doesn't mean you have skill with it, or any knowledge on the subject in general.

And anyway, scripting in Graal is a matter of designing algorithms, which is the basis of programming. The actual language is barely relevent - it's the principles that matter.

I didn't say that you did or didn't know anything. I said that simply studying something does not make you an expert, which it doesn't.

i didn't say i was an expert but you said i did not have knowledge on it. i don't see how you could state that considering you are not me!

Your opinions on the worth of GScripting convince me that you don't know much about the subject.

Graal Scripting will not help you get a good job!
It may help you in school or something, but not getting a job!

I didn't say the actual activity of scripting would get me a job, I said that the principles involved and the practice thereof would sharpen my skills and help me as a programmer.

See you bring up things we haven't even said. No one was saying it would help you get a job. We are simply stating it's not useless and that it can help your programming knowledge.

And, if it interests you, Lycia and I had an argument earlier today that got rather personal. I'd hardly consider myself her lackey.
