Not only that, although we had alot of the old members in it, they were still inactive.

But whatever, whomever get's a new gang, kudos to them. I always make it to the final round between my gang and someone elses gang application and it always ends up being theirs....then the gang dies lol.

back then there wasn't any competition at all. BB and BH were really inactive. it was mainly BK vs LC and we were always on each other's nerves. mav lead BK pretty well. as soon as he gave it up members started to leave, and eventually went inactive.

Honestly, Frank, Maverick was only capable of making a PK gang, there was no role-playing that Maverick implemented which was the goal of Bratski Krug, to have actual role-playing basis.

Some of these ideas aren't half bad. Half.

Others are ridiculous and without logic. But, with Era and guns that shoot over walls; I can't say I'm too surprised.

1) Coronel is higher than Private in the army
2) De Facto is a dumb leader rank
3) Commander usually commands everyone, but apparently he's lower than Squad Leaders

You seem to be clueless about the actual definition of certain ranks. Most of them need to be rearranged.

P.S. Sniper rifles don't work on Era

a SWAT based gang theme with generic army/"elite" ranks. boy have I never seen that done before!

Alright, I apologize guys. Next time I'll submit an idea based off of the "Italian Mafia" for the 100th time. It seems like that's the only gang that receives support.

I never said I supported an Italian Mafia theme. To be honest, I haven't read any of the gang ideas posted in this thread.

When I say original, I mean something that hasn't been done before. An idea might be similar to something in real life or maybe in a different game, but as long as it's new to Era that's all that matters to me. Just because it has a different gang name or different ranks doesn't really mean it's original. People should stop trying to base there gang around generic themes such as mafias or police type gangs. I'm sure there's a few other overused themes that I can't think of right now also.
