This isn't even complicated stuff, dude. Even you could grasp it if you weren't so biased toward any attitude that lets you harass people. Intelligent game design is about maximising enjoyment for all participants! It is not about making things fun for prepubescent idiots while the rest of the server suffers.

From my understanding, if a person does not wish to pk because they are doing something else (ie. questing, leveling, talking, etc...), and they ask the person to leave them alone and to stop pking them and they do not, that is harrassment as you are distrupting that persons gameplay.

Yea, but the keystone to this discussion is that you can switch inbetween peaceful and battle mode by hitting the bell on your kingdom island.

The dictonary say harassment is:
To irritate or torment persistently.
To wear out; exhaust.
To impede and exhaust (an enemy) by repeated attacks or raids.

These verbs mean to trouble persistently or incessantly. Harass and harry imply systematic persecution by besieging with repeated annoyances, threats, or demands...


Hmm. So not repeated PKing as harassment? And what do somebody who left his kingdom in b-mode? He is not able to ring the bell, because he cannot enter the castle anymore as a non member.

- Go to a peaceful area (arena).
- Hide between a house's gani image while changing his/her nick to 'afk' so that it isn't seen.

Yea, that stuff works (unless they use the minimap and some common sense @ house gani). But, in the specific, quoted, example it doesn't because your mom is pissed and you don't want her any more pissed because she provides money, and such.

I hate getting in B Mode, being forced into leaving for a while and then when you get back your kicked from the kingdom and cant get into P- Mode. recently i got pked by someone Fr0chin to name lol and lost my pouches although i had about 1k outside em. ridiculous

If you're idle so long that you get kicked from a kingdom, your GK experience can't be that important! That would have to be quite a while, I would suspect.
