All I've got to say is I dont support this and as nomads its impossible to 'be' a kingdom. A kingdom is.. well, a kingdom. Nomads move from place to place, they have no home, no land, no power. Therefore they cant really be a kingdom at all..
On the other hand ancient orders of knights, celtic hordes, Samurai palaces are all kingdoms. I have no comment on the pirates >:(

We need...The Knights Templar! They are a large group of knights that stayed in one place. But there are too many kingdoms as is, at the moment so they aren't needed

Also I emailed you your administrative information, you can write your kingdom's history whenever you feel like it or schedule an event
those kind of things will make people think positive.

so far all of the kingdoms are like big tough guys in big castles and we're drifters whose main camp will be in the desert but will have tiny outposts all over that we don't even need new levels for all of them

One, nomads arent literally a kingdom. its just not possible. Now I dont know how the Pirates slipped into the mix, I had nothing to do with it, but theres no way to stop them from being one now. Then just look at the general aspect of what it is

In my eyes, the most acceptable element for the outlaws is "sun". Not strictly an element, but blah.

Outlaws should use the element of surprise, you know hide under bushes and then unhide to rob someone. :p
