I doubt there is a soul on the forums who would disagree with Alkaren becoming a Forum Admin. He's the only one active, intelligent, mature, responsible, and motivated enough to do the job well.

You're right though, Psyker would probably be able to do it, and perhaps Dante. Actually, I haven't seen Dante in a while, come to think of it. Thing is, Alkaren's the only one of the handful of people who could be an admin, that really wants to be.

That's exactly the reason I didn't mention Kamuii, and the same for Konidias. Moreso for Koni though, as he can get pretty pissy. Completely forgot about Vermain though.

According to her suggestions, she does not qualify for a moderator. She said people with staff positions (which is her) shouldn't mod the forums, and anyone who quit a staff position shouldn't be a mod for at least three months. I believe that she held ETA so...

Vermain doesn't want adminship, though I would give it to him, Kamuii would be good also. Last I checked, neither really wanted adminship which is why I have always suggested super-mod for them both. Dunno about konidias.

So? The only vaguely reasonable argument for your system is that having multiple jobs would spread an individual too thinly, leading to them being ineffective at their jobs. Otherwise it's just sharing sweeties between children.

I have had plenty of forum admin/mod experience.. I have been admin and moderator for forums for like, 2+ years now.

I have an attitude sometimes, I admit it, but I don't let it interfere with following the rules and things.. usually when I "argue" it's just to get my point across in words.. not like I would go deleting threads because I didn't like them for personal reasons or anything..

I mean heck.. I had pretty much every type of access possible to 2k1 but you don't see me spreading leaks of all the files or deleting all the stuff. I just want to moderate some of the forums I tend to frequent because I get tired of seeing people boosting their post count with irrelevant things. I wouldn't mind modding any of the forums under LAT, playerworld forum, or general..

I agree that the rumor forum should be removed.. it's just taking up server space and it's filled with garbage.. nobody posts realistic rumors in it, but I find it funny when people spam in it thinking they are getting their post count up. :p
