Give Graal positions equal to Stefan and Unixmad's in a corporate manner- to stockholders or executives elected by stockholders. They would be contracted employees, responsible to the company. This is my recommendation, not my mandate.

As for any other staff issues, they should be dealth with by Cyberjouer as the company sees fit, not as we see fit. After all, in the long run, it's the profts that matter, and none of us have true stake in the profits.

Firstly, quality costumer service doesn't reconcile inadequate job emperformance.

Secondly, a corporate employment model will almost certainly improve service. The current model seems to do the opposite.

Thirdly, there is no reason to believe that continuuing the current model will result in an increase of costumer satisfaction, or that changing it will cause the opposite.

In some cases, someone who is hired on a volunteer basis will do much better than someone who is paid to do it simply because they have their hearts in it, while the paid model will feel that since he's being paid, he can just lounge around and do nothing.

It's not a paid employee, it's a corporate executive. The response seems to be irrational, and skewed by its presenter's own affiliations with the current system. Obviously in such a position it's impossible to be objective.

If you haven't noticed many of the players are bringing entertainment to graal with this Graalian Kingdoms idea but we have no rc nor do we have any power. We are doing this for graal not to achieve any sort of power. This also goes back to your FAQ thing you may have created it but why do you need so much power from it? Should me or THT have level 4 RC just because we work hard on this? (note me and THT are not the only ones working hard on this i just used us as an example)
